Jeep Flashcal+

Flashcal+ is Superchips' app-based calibration tool for Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator, and Ford Bronco owners who want total control without wiring in a single extra gauge. Instead of a screen bolted to your dash, Flashcal+ runs through a wireless dongle that talks to your phone over Bluetooth, so your Android or iPhone becomes the interface.

The headline feature is the industry's first GPS-based Tire Size Wizard. Throw bigger tires on your rig and your speedometer, shift points, and TPMS thresholds all go sideways. Flashcal+ uses your phone's GPS to self-calibrate speed instead of making you guess at a height number, though you can still enter tire size manually if you'd rather. It corrects for tires up to 42" tall and gears up to 5.38:1.

Beyond the calibration side, Flashcal+ adds a CRAWL Screen for live, on-the-fly trail control: front and rear diff locks, sway bar disconnects, engine idle-up for winching, and TPMS adjustment, with available features varying by vehicle. It also reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes, logs and monitors live data with a customizable gauge display, and lets you toggle daytime running lights, fog lights, auto start/stop, and tow package settings right from the app.

For owners who want more than calibration, Flashcal+ offers an in-app performance tuning upgrade on supported platforms, unlocking added horsepower, torque, improved transmission shift strategy, and better fuel economy without a shop visit. On 2015+ Jeep applications this includes the required PCM swap, handled entirely through the app with no vehicle downtime.

Flashcal+ currently covers all 2007-2025 Jeep Wrangler JK/JL and Gladiator JT models (gas, diesel, and 4xe), plus the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco across 2.3L, 2.7L, and 3.0L Raptor engines.
