im curious too. Why are all other models already using this "custom" feature? Why is the duramax being left out?

We do not have any custom tuning for the D-max trucks.

What are you trying to accomidate for?

I am currently getting a p0401 code on a regular basis when towing a 10,000lb toybox in tow/safe. I have considered the blocker plate but really don care for the fingerstick. What are my options??

What do you have done to the truck?

This is not a common problem with our tuning.

I have a 4 inch cat back exhaust, K&N drop in filter, the flashpaq, 6 inch inch lift with 35's. This is a new problem. I may have found the problem today I noticed the cat back exhaust seperated and the exhaust was being released from the cat. I do like the idea of the blocker plate if my flash paq one day has the ability to stop the thrown codes. I have been using the flashpaq for about a year with good results.

I would like a extreme race setting. Most tuners sold have a race 120hp tune. I have been a loyal superchips customer for the last 5 years every vehicle I have owned received a super chips tune.

Unforcently the need for speed in my 2003 LB7 tow truck has come over me and I want a little more power. Superchips are the lowest HP tuner of anything out on the market. The time is right for a extreme race only tune. Please don't let me down I have been happy with you guys I don't want to switch brands now :(

I am sorry to let you down, but you will not see any higher powered tunes from Superchips for the Diesels. We are working directly with CARB and CAFE to help make the tests and for the new 50 state emmissions legal tunes.

Ah Ron your not kidding your really letting me down on this one. I don't want another tuner i'm more then happy with superchips! but I have the need for big diesel HP so unforently I guess my tuner is going on ebay if there not even chance on custom tune or high HP tunes. A PPE tuner is my next logical step...

I would really encourage your marking department to rethink spending a boat load of cash to get a CARB approved sticker Horsepower is where its at and 90% of the people don't buy a tuner because they love the enviroment.
