Does anyone else have an automatic 2006 F-150?

I am being told by support that you cant use their tuner with an aftermarket cold air intake filter. Has anyone else had any issues? When I install any program, performance, towing, or 87 octane on my truck it has problems going into 2nd gear, it shifts rough and sometime actually grinds the gears. In stock mode I dont have any problems with shifting.

Please let me know your feedback.

Have you sent a service ticket to flashpaq.com. If not please send us the following information:
VIN
year, make and model
modifications
tire height (1/4" increaments)

We will have our guys take a look at the program.

Also please mention that I have refered you to send the serivce ticket.
