Exactly what issues are you talking about?
I can take a look at it. What is your serial number off the back of the tuner?

I'm talking about the torque management issues, in the form of an off-idle stumble.

I don't have the tuner in front of me (working from my laptop right now) but if you look up my name, I've had a ticket in for over a month.

I did not find you in the system. Unless you have sent an item in to us for repair or evaluation we have no record of it.

All flash-paq customers who update their tuner or download off the site we then have an idea who you are. The serial number is what we use to idenitify activity, issues, and general information about the tuner status, vehicle information and customer contact information.

I need more information to help you out.

My 06 Wagon has factory exhaust manifolds, cats removed, full duals to rear bumper,Airaid intake tube, factory air box,NGK Iridium plugs, underdrive pulley. The controller was added after the other mods, and the truck ran well off idle before.

My PW is stone stock except for a cat-back exhaust (gibson) and recently added 35" tires.

I'll get my serial number to you tomorrow. I'm working a 24 hour shift in the firehouse today.

Any ETA on a resolution? Not being pushy, just curious - This thing has been gathering dust on my desk for a month now.

We will get a 2006 PW here at the shop sometime this week to verify/check the calibration.

I PM'd you back.
