Hey there.
I've got a Flashpaq for my '09 H3T Alpha. I just had the truck in for service work, and made sure to return the vehicle to the stock setting before going in.
When I picked my truck up, my tech let me know he put the latest GM software on my truck for me. I thanked him (knowing well I was just going to put it back to 87 octane ASAP) and drove off.
Once I got home and attempted to return to the 87 octane setting, my Flashpaq told me that I needed to update my tuner. So I did and re-tried to use my Flashpaq. I got as far as "verifying stock file integrity" and then received another message stating I had to update my tuner again at superchips.com. I don't think there is anything else to download/update...is there?
So, as of now, I'm stuck driving my truck with the stock setting and I am not able to run my 87 octane setting.
Please help!! Driving on the stock setting is awful...I want my Superchips back!! What do I need to do?

Post up the tuners serial number and I will check on this one.
Most likely we are going to need to write and test the new calibration and add it to the database.

I have setup a read for the tuner, update the tuner again so I can forward this to the calibrator.
This is not the tune for the truck, but a special read gathering more info/

Done. I plugged it in and was given an "analyzing hardware" message (or something to that extent).
What is the next step, Ron?
Thanks!

Ok, Hans I have sent this over to the calibrators to review.
We will contact your thru email when the file is ready to download. This may take a few weeks. Ron

Robert got back to me late last week. The truck has been updated. We should be good -- thank you, Ron.
Real quick...
I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the tire size. Can you give me a quick rundown on how I can do that?
Thanks!

If the tuner has the ability, you would got to advanced tune. Pick power level and then go to options, then to tire height.
You want to measure the tires physically prior to tuning. Measure from the ground to the top of the tire within 1/4" increments.

Ron, I just purchased a Vivid Linq tuner and I am having the identical problem.
My Vivid Linq Serial Number is: 0000000200251698 Firmware Version: 010401
I have recieved an error message a few times during the "Currently Analyzing Hardware" segment on the Superchips Xpress Update. It reads something like: K7 Baud Rate Error
You all were great with my last problem.
Can you help me out again?

I see where the updates did complete.
Did you try it again on the truck?
What are the results?
Ron
