Well I finally got my 3685. I had enough Amex points to purchase it on Amazon and it only cost me $60! So I figured with deal like that I could afford the advanced transmission application. Tuned my truck then updated tuner and purchased the application. Now when I started to mess with it I was kind Od let down. I selected user shift schedule and was only able to adjust MPH for 100% TP. I had seen a video on YouTube of the options for it so I was conamfused. I thought I needed to adjust these then the other options would be there. But No such thing happened. I did some more research. Seen the spreadsheets for schedules. There were more TP % adjustments. So then I looked for that video again. Found it then realized I had some kind of problem. Sent an email to tech@superchips.com. that got me nowhere. So then I sent an email to Ron Rap. He responded the same day. After I explained to him I had purchased the transmission tuning he helped me out. Asked for my serial number. Gave me a case number. Now I am waiting for them to look in to it. On a side note, superchips rocked my truck. I had the death flash before and this made a huge difference. Here is a link to a video of what my unit is doing. Well I have been waiting patiently for, well it seems forever now. No one has followed up with me since I got a case number. I noticed from other posts a new data base is out. Tonight I updated my tuner to the new database. It's to late to take it out to the truck and try it now though. I don't know but it probably is just something to support more vehicles and has nothing to do with my problem. Either way I'll give it another try tomorrow when I get a chance. If it still doesn't work right I'll probably email Ron Rap again, or call customer service.
I'll post back here with any updates.

No big surprise. Same old thing. So just waiting to hear back from Ron.

I'll be waiting patiently.
Been going over some excel spreadsheets and a gear speed calc. Maybe when I get it working I'll know what to program without much tweaks needed. Been watching my tach while driving a lot more lately too, now a aftermarket torque converter is on my list of soon to buy. I expect it will be better If the shifts stay closer to the stall speed. But it still doesn't hook up quite as good as I'd like.
Any way. Waiting as fast as I can. Lol

It seems like it's been forever since I heard anything.
Just would like some kind of status, eta, or just someone to tell me to keep waiting if nothing else.
I'd like to think you didn't forget about me.

It has been since july 3rd since I have heard anything. I keep hearing the engineers are still working with it. Have they honestly started on it yet? The ability to tune the transmission was the entire reason I chose to go with superchips in the first place.
Does a different database number change tuning or just meen that it will support more vehicles? I have updated twice, and the nearest I can tell the database was the only number that changed. My PCM had an update sticker on it before I got my flashpaq, if that helps anything.
