I have a 2006 LBZ 2500. Bought a 2805 tuner a couple of years ago & use it to switch between performance and tow setups depending on what I am using truck for. Just returned from pulling a 5th wheel (10k, 13ft tall gorilla) and decided I should update tuner. It has been hooked to computer for 1 hr & it still says: "Currently analyzing hardware". Is it normal to take this long???? S/N of tuner is 1368662

It looks like the tuner took an update about 8;30pm eastern time.

At that point I would have suggested to unplug the tuner and plug it into another port on the PC. If it hung up for more than 5mins on Currently analyzing hardware.
