No, I am sorry but the trucks do not have a sensor in the trans to view from. The computer would have to be enabled from the dealership if it had a sensor, and then we would enable it in the PIDs of the tuner.

Ron, I'd like to get the transmission temp feature on mine as well:
model: 3875
s/n 1479137

do I need to register in my name first before updating? I purchased the tuner used.

thanks!
Tom

You would need to have updated the tuner so I can add it to your update.

Update and let me know and I will set it up.
Ron

Ok, you are ready, update the tuner and it will add this option.

* This will only work if the Jeeps have had the "Hot Oil update" performed by the dealer.*

It looks like your tuner has had another program forced to your tuner, for detonation.

I can not add 2 programs forced to your tuner at a time.

Hey Ron. Can you (or anyone else) tell me where the trans temp is being monitored? I am getting some unexpectedly-high temperature readings, in spite of having an aux cooler, and without the hotoil warning coming on. I suspect its inside the torque converter.

Thanks.
