I have the Flashpaq and does it work......yes......however after exchanging it for another the butons still stick as the quality just is not there and feel it is not worth my time to return the product as a third one that might have the same issues. Plus to processor to up date software in the hand held unit is slow. Do I think I kinda wasted my $330.....KINDA.....but it does work with alittle finesse of the butons which I should not have to do.

So Superchips is aware of the quality of the hand held device and the butons sticking?

With two hand held units having the same issue just shows a lack of quality. Why not spend the few cents extra to build a better product? Sure it will cut into the profits very slightly but selling a good product in a volume is more profitable as this has been proven in the past.

I personally have had less than 5 tuners cross my hands in the last few years.

I can argue the fact that things could be made better.

We are sorry you are having a back to back issue with the product.

Ben:

As long as it works, it may as well be made out of cardboard.

It's the programming and support that costs the money.

I will say the speed is terrible to horrible, especially when you start programming before you meant to and have to do it all over again. However, that may be the vehicle PCM. Not sure.

It is the PCM, and the other modules, in the truck that delagate how long it takes to upload and download. Some vehicles take 30+mins. to just save the factory program.
