Hey Ron.I just picked up my 2009 H2 Hummer today.Can I add a tune for it to my Cortex tuner that has my 08 Hummer H3 Alpha tune on it.Or do I have to buy another programmer.I see in the software updater, there is a thing there to add a another vechicle tune.When I click add to cart for 199.00 it does nothing and just goes to the mumbo jumbo agreement thing and thats all.Let me know Ron if I can add the H2 tune to my Cortex tuner.Thanks Nick..

Are you trying to tune 2 trucks? With one tuner?
The tuner is designed that IF you return the 1st. vehicle to stock, you can transfer the product to another vehicle. > No charge.
Or.
If you could not return the 1st truck to stock or do not care about retuning the 1st. truck then you could unlock it > $100 online VIN unlock
If you are trying to tune 2 trucks and want to tune in and out with the same tuner > $199. GO2 tuning

I did not know if I could program my new h2 with the same programmer.My h3 was put back to stock,and yesterday I put the tune in my new h2.What a diff perf tune makes.Would the tow tune make it even more spunkier for city driving,stop and go,ect,over the perf tune.With the perf tune 1st and second seem to me no differance,but in the gears over second,there is a big differance.So far the only mods done are a oiled Airaid filter was droped in.I am getting a Airdoc perf intake tube sometime this week to get rid of the GM stock intake resonator crap so it breathes freely.In june when Magnaflow releases a perf exhaust system for 09 H2 i will slap that on too.Let me know what you suggest..Thanks Ron.

Tow tune may feel a little different, but put some miles on the Perf mode and see if it gets better. Then try out the other tunes.
Those mods would work fine with the tuning.

Thanks Ron.I will leave the perf tune in for a while and try some of the other tunes later.
