I have tried to update my programmer, and it will finish, but then won't. then the USB will time out. I have tried restarting the computer, logging in as Administrator.

What is the tuners serial number?
How are you getting your internet? WIFI, Air card, or land line connection?

1200831? thats the barcode number on the back of the tuner.
I used wireless, but I can go wired, our wireless is pretty good, and it is right next to the wireless router.
I have gone to the customers section, downloaded, both the patch and the new updated software, every time I open, I log in, now that I have updated, and failed to finish, i get a g6-b or something of that sort, and says to call superchips. Probably because the tune is not working or there is nothing to access on the tuner.

Uninstall all the superchips software from the PC, reinstal just the sc update Not the Patch.
Reupdate the tuner and let me know how it goes.

still getting the same problem... uninstalled everything, installed update, no new patch, and still ends with the DTC's finishing and then pause, pause, pause, then the tuner times out.

I have sent this over to the engineer to see if there is anything we can do to help.
Have you tuned your vehicle with this tuner, before?
What is the vehicle?
