So I havent used my cortex and a while and finally decided to update my tuner. After going through the updates I decided to purchase the Advanced Tranny feature. Once I finsihed checking out through the updater's online store, my program froze and my tuner gave me a General Database 5 Error Call Superchips Use Code G-6F. Now I cant use my tuner and dont have the advanced tuning but my credit card was charged. Please help!
Tuner Serial number is 0000000001482793.

Ok, I have setup a program for your tuners serial number.
Update the tuner again and let me know if it takes out the G-6F.

When and if it does, verify that the trans tuning is in the tuner.
If it isn't then I will take care of it from there.

Make sure that when you redo the update, use a hard lined connection. No air card connections.
