OK so Buddy comes over to get some help setting up his Superchips 3875 for Jeep JK. Since I am the only one in our club that has actually spent some time playing with the Flashpaq on my 08 JK, he called me for help..
His Jeep is a 2010 and unlike my Flashpaq his DOES have a 93 Octane Performance tune. I do not and he has NO option to adjust throttle response.. Why is the throttle response setting not available on his Flashpaq.. Is this a difference in Jeep year specific tuning or does my Flashpaq require an update..

Is his a automatic?
Yours is a manual trans?
Are both tuners up to date?

Both are auto, his programmer is new, mine is 9 months old and hasn't be updated since last September.

Ok, I need you to update the tuner once and then let me know when that is done.
This will be step one of two. Once the 1st. update is done I can send this over to the engineers to review and make changes.
Please let me know when the first update is done.

Ron OK first update is done but looks like it did a couple of versions.. Not at home at the moment so can't say what version it is at.. Thanks Ron

OK Ron As of 8:45 PM my unit says update is complete Firmware Version # 01150A

I have sent this over to the engineers.

Is it too late to have them swap in the the Auto Trans Temperature for me Ron..
