While installing the advanced 91 performance tune , I was changing the transmission shift points when the programmer went blank and started back up to the title screen , tried to program again went blank and instantly started up like youve just plugged it in , tried for the third time to just program it to the tune using superchips shift points and the d---thing did it again . Whats it gonna cost to get this 400 dollar paper weight fixed ?

Nothing actually. Call Tech Support and talk to them. They may have you return your tuner for repair or replacement. If so, they will give you an RA (Return Authorization) to expedite the return. You *may* have to have your original purchase information.
