I have a Cortex 2950 with data acquisition package installed on the handheld. I synced it with my '09 Pontiac G8 GT (6.0L, 6L80E auto). I picked 4 parameters for it to log, hit "enter" drove it around. The progress bar shows it's recording the live data.
I disconnect from the car. Then connect it to the home computer with the latest Superchips software. It shows a pie chart downloading data from the tuner. But then nothing else. I can't find how to access the recorded data in spreadsheets or diagram charts. How do I use the data the handheld recorded?

Haven't received a reply/answer. Ron, why won't data logging work on the Cortex to download to a home computer? Thanks.

Email me directly and I will send you a PC program to use, but it will only work on windows XP machines.

Ron,
I'm sure you have a lot of requests and busy with the forum. I sent you an email several weeks ago. Didn't get a reply. You were going to send me some software for my home computer for downloading recorded data from the Cortex tuner. The data acquisition on the tuner, I can't pull it down to the home PC for viewing.
Please send me the software for Windows Vista or Win 7. If that's not available, last choice please send me the Windows XP version of the software.

It is currently only on Windows XP.

Ron,
I got your email with the PC software attached for Data Acquisition download. Again, loggin data on the handheld Cortex the software on the home PC to pull the recorded data from Cortex to PC.
Where is that PC software available on the Superchips website? It wasn't in the box when I bought the Cortex tuner new.
I have Windows 7, the software you sent works on both 32bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 7 successfully!
