Logged in,
Download software, tried to update and getting error.
The procedure entry point ?ReadEEPromFile@CCommunicationXP@@QAEJK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library CommunicationXP.dll

**Update - Well I thought I was ok but when I hooked up the tuner to the Jeep, it said it saved the stock file (I really think it saved the 87 file as th eJeep was tuned to that) and I received an error of E-43 saying my Jeep tune was not stock. Before I sent the tuner to Utah, I called and asked SC if I had to return the Jeep to stock tune and was told no it did no matter but I think it does matter. So now what needs to be done to fix the tuner?**
*Never mind as I deactivated my firewall / anti-virus and it worked*
Had to send my tuner out to Utah, received it back this past week, opened easy updated, plugged in the 3875 and now receiveing the following error - (W1) The was an error uploading EEProm File. Error: 5.
Help!

What is the tuners serial number?
