Been a week and still can't use easy update because of the "(2)A key exchange error has occurred.). I have been told every day this week that it should be fixed by the end of the day but still no fix. Really would like to use the tuner, need to adjust my tire size badly and put the performance tune on for a little pep before my road trip this weekend.
Any real ETA on a fix?

Your eprom shows that the truck is already tuned, is it?
What happens when you try to tune the Jeep?
I show you last update was clean. (9-6) Your first 2 on the same day did not go through.
Have one of our techs walked you through the update process?
What type of internet connection do you have ? Air card? Satilite? cable?
Key errors are lost communications from your PC to our server, ususally cause by unstable internet connections or securities blocking the process.

Ron I have talked with the techs every day now and am told the problem is on superchips end. The jeep was tuned and then traided into the dealer who in turn flashed it so I need to unlock the tuner and can't do that unless easy update is working. Every day I am told that it will be fixed that day. FYI, I have tried 4 different computers on 3 different networks, it is not on my end. Yes I was walked through the update process, and the one time it got through the update process the connection failed as soon as it finished and did not get to the point I could unlock the tuner, have not been able to connect since.

Actually you are correct.
We have tested this in house and their is a issue with the 3875's, we should have it worked out this next week.

Is this problem really being worked on? Its going on 3 weeks now, if I had customers waiting 3 weeks for a fix like this I would be fired.... Depending on how this tuner performed was going to be the basis on if I get one for my wife's jeep, I can say it does not look good right now

I would not say 3 weeks, but yes, we are still working on this issue.

Ron OK, as of this Friday Sept. 16 it will be 3 weeks. Either way we are still urgently awaiting a resolution to the issue.

No update? Is there any way to update/unlock by emailing and updating without directly connecting through easy update? This is crazy, I have gears but can't put them in as I can't adjust the settings, when I do drive the speedometer is useless and racks up the miles on the OD because I can't make the adjustments. So until this is fixed I have a 30K paper weight.
With all the problems I have seen looking into this, similar issues going back years, why isn't a stand alone app created that can update or unlock the tuner based on files transmitted via email?

Why can't you reset the gears? Your Jeep is tuned.

My jeep is not tuned, it was flashed by the dealer, I can't do anything with he tuner right now, it needs to be reset. Can't update gears and can't set tire size.
So I take it the issue is not resoled yet....
