Ron,
Is the option of sending the tuner in for a refund still valid? If you check my postings, I have been waiting patiently since the 23rd of December (Freak'n Fantastic Christmas gift!!!) Are the R&D folks operating with Obama's stimulus?? You know, lots of cash thrown at it but nobodys working....
Please, at this point I would prefer getting my wife a paper weight that's a little more attractive.

We are looking at after the holidays, January 2012 according to the management.
We can offer a upgrade (trans options)to the tuner if you want to hold on with us.
Or if you have a proof of purchase you can get a refund now.

At least can you provide trans options so i can have "sportier, performance oriented" shift points for my automatic 2011 jk rubicon?? I wanna squeeze more out of it, I really hope tune comes out soon..
