ive been trying to buy the cai files and the superchips store software tells me avs missmatch , i had tried with two different credit cards and still dont work i hope you can solve this problem

my tuners serial number is 1509782


I keeped trying to buy the cai tune for my s&b intake and the internet store doesnt works i think its not to safe giving my credit card through phone how can i do it? making a bank deposit? or give me a good solution man i had been waiting for to longgg i think you should give me free the tune man how can this be possible , or fix your online store

ok ill wait , i just connected my tuner to the pc it said on screen custom download on process then it dissapeared and nothing happened it never download the tune , then i connected it again and it showed the online store only no custom tune download

Ok, somehow the update did not go through, we reset it up.

Update the tuner again.

Click Ok.

Then unplug the tuner for 5 seconds and plug back in and it should start from there.

but it never apeared again ,when i conect my tunner it opens the online store not the custom download , can u reset again please and describe me the instructions step by step

We have checked the car to verify that the tuning has changed?

If the car is tuned, return it back to stock, and then retune.
If it is not there, then I will ask them to repost the tune.

You are not going to see anything in the update. This is a blind addition to the tuner.

I reinstaled the tune how you told me and i checked the programmer for the cai options and it said cai is not enabled
