Hi there my name is derek im new to the forum, i just have a question about my superchips chip i installed inn my 2008 dodge ram 1500, and was woundering if anyone would be able to help me.

I installled my chip about a year ago and it works great took my speed limiter off hardened my shift point, but when i went to take it in to the shop i went to put it back to my stock settings, the chip said it was at its stock settings but, i didnt notice a change in my shift points nor did it put my speed limiter back on. Has anyone ran into this problem??? if so what did you do?

What is the tuners serial number?

If you have time, give one of our techs a call directly and we can walk you through it.


Will the tuner allow you to tune the truck now?

i will have to give it a try and get back to you, im at work now but i will try once i am off.
i beleive last time i tried to change it it sadi it changed but i didnt notice a difference.
