Yep My 2008 F250 4x4 5.4L is history, I finally gave up. No Power regardless of what I did. Even with the Flashpaq tuner she wasn't going to move. It wasn't bad enough getting 13.5mpg hwy without a load but crummy mileage coupled with crummy performance was just too much to bear. I started out with a 2001 Expedition 5.4L that had towing power to spare but the body couldn't take the load so I traded her in for a 2008 F250 4x4 5.4L. I ended up with a truck that could handle the load just fine but the power output was absolutely horrible. WHAT A DOG. I finally broke down and traded her in for a 2011 F250 4x4 6.7L Diesel. Talk about power...The Scorpian engine boasts 400hp and 800fp of torque. Get this, 21.5 mpg hwy. It just goes to prove that they can indeed design high efficiency high output vehicles when push comes to shove.

Special thanks to Ron and Superchips for the effort but regardless of how much high tech tech you put into your product, a turd will always be a turd.

How many miles have you had the 2011?

Keep us up to date on its progress.

We should have a tuner out later this year.

Hi Ron,

Only 400 miles young and still trying to vary hwy speed for first 600 miles.

So far I am very happy with the power, performance, and economy. :P

Now what to do with my Vin Locked 1865 :?: Any Suggestions :?:

If you returned the old truck to stock, it can be used on another vehicle.

Hi Ron,

Yes before I traded it in I used the flashpaq to reinitialize the stock settings.

Will return to stock automatically remove the VIN lock in the Flashpaq ???

If that is the case I would be extremely satisfied with Superchip program. :P

Then I will still be able to use it on any vehicle within the 1865 program database and it certainly was a worthy investment after all.

Super Cool :P :P :P :P :P

Nice Program work

Yes, just returning the last vehicle back to stock, it will un-vin-lock the tuning.

The VIN will still be in the tuner until the tuner tunes another vehicle.
