Same error here.....firewall has been turned off and virus and spam filters disabled.

Tuner keeps showing the error and telling me to call Superchips.

Update returns this code once it fails:

Warning: file_get_contents(eeproms/0000000001278133-20070207201140.eeprom) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/flashpaq_new/public_html/incl_eeprom.phtml on line 203
EEPROM::parse(): Data not loaded

FYI ...... this was a unit just sent back to me with a Forced Recovery Program on it

ctlane - I'm with you! Difference is I just got mine in the mail and my luck, the update system is down... :(

Warning: file_get_contents(eeproms/0000000001271364-20070207202102.eeprom) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/flashpaq_new/public_html/incl_eeprom.phtml on line 203
EEPROM::parse(): Data not loaded

This is the error I get when attempting to update the Flash Paq using the Flashpaq Tune-Up. I have all firewalls, spam, and spyware blockers shut off.

I'm using the 2815 and own a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 (new body) Max 6.0L V8 - First 10 of VIN: 2GCFK13Y15 (of course trying to program it makes the Flash Paq tell me I need the update, which is referenced above).

I am getting the same thing

Warning: file_get_contents(eeproms/0000000001171510-20070208003009.eeprom) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/flashpaq_new/public_html/incl_eeprom.phtml on line 203
EEPROM::parse(): Data not loaded

G-6F Error code. Ihad my unit since June of 06 and could not use it until you got updates for the 07 300C 5.7. You called me to get updates now avialable and now this. I have lost faith in you product and now feel I made a bad choice of products. You know I have been talking with you and your office for sometime now and trust me it is one issue after a nother. Have you ever considered recalling your products.

The update site has been down this morning we should be back up and running in hour or so.
As soon as you ar able to use the site then you can clear the g-6f code.
