I am getting what looks like a timeout trying to connect to easy updater. It worked OK this morning. I thought maybe I had the wrong password so requested a temporary password. I input that and still get the response "Login Failed" is the server down?

im having the exact same issue, updated fine this morning, now i paid my 100 dollars to get it unlocked, was told i just have to update, keeps timing out, then its not responding, im lucky if i can even sign in as it tells me login failed now
HELP PLEASE RON!
