why can't i get downloads

why can't i get downloads. i run the installer and driver info as instructions say to do. i always get the ERROR FLASHPAQ TUNE UP IS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. A INTERNET CONNECTION IS REQUIRED TO UPDATE YOUR TUNER. CHECK NETWORK SETTINGS AND CLICK OK TO CONTINUE. i have added flashpaq to access the firewall. but i'm not gettting a firewall erroer message either. just plan lost!

I would recommend un-installing the drive if it has started.
Then reinstall the setup.
The main causers of this issue are:
Firewalls
routers
sercurity systems
spam blockers
