I just bought a used Superchips Fashpaq 3815 but Im having trouble getting it to read my truck. I looked at the status and it says it has been returned to stock. When I try to read my truck it says to turn the ignition on but not to crank, so I do that and then press enter. Next it goes into a "initialization.... please wait...." and then it starts all over from the beginning. Also, when I go to the datalog section is tells me to visit Fashpaq.com to get the update. I don't know what to do, can someone help me please? Everytime I type
www.fashpaq.com it brings me to this board.
BTW I have an 07 Ram 5.7 Hemi.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
