This is a follow-up to my earlier post. I clarified that it is indeed my fault and the refund/return would be a stretch on my part. Each of the on-line distributors clearly identifiy the fact the 3875 is for 2007 - 2010 jeeps. No mention of 2011 anywhere. So Ron & Superchips, I apologize and it looks like I'll wait it out for the updates. So long as the 2011 updates are made to the existing 3875 and a "3876" is not released, I'll be fine.
Given that, I want to wish all my "Jeep brothers and sisters" the Merriest Christmas and a safe New Year....

Yeah, well Quadratec and the 4 wheels parts store both said it would work for 2011's. I returned my Flashpaq and used the refund to purchase a winch. I will use another solution. So there!

Funny to see this thread! If you look back to posts from a year ago, you will see the same stuff when the 2010's came out! I believe the 2010's became supported around mid April 2010. There were never any concrete estimates but depending on who you talked to at Superchips, some were saying January, then February, then...etc.. Ron was the only one that never said a date because he said it would not be released until it was 100% ready.
Due to the number if delays in getting support, a lot of people went out and picked up the Hypertech Max Energy (myself included). I ran it for just under a month and then the Superchips 2010 support came out. Luckily, I was within my 30 day trial with Hypertech so I took a chance and boxed it up for a full refund. Got my Superchips installed and have never looked back. It was worth the wait!!
For those of you that already bought the Flashpaq, most reputable dealers will allow you to either hold it until it is supported or return it for a full refund. With the 2010's most sites inlcuding 4wd.com had the decription listed incorrectly so it was easy for people to get their refunds due to misinformation. But it also sound like Superchips will step up and take care of you if you run into issues.
Hopefully you guys will get support for your 2011's soon (I am highly jealous of you with those new interiors!!!).

Same thing for me, retailers obviously aren't up to date when selling. Luckily for me when our new 11' Rubi got Gen Err, I just went ahead on set up on my 08 Rub with no problems whatsoeveri. After feeling (and gauging from almost 5mpg increase on the dash) the improvements (with CAI and exhaust) I'll be looking forward to getting another when the 11' version is ready to go. That is why I always suggest to return the tuner if it is not supported.
It is going to be a few months till it is released.

your company your product how about we return the products to you and you guys worry about getting your money back from the wholesalers. we have all been through the hassle of buying them once, I am not sitting on the phone with some schmuck trying to explain myself why i need to return my flashpaq. are you serious right now i dont know how others feel out there but I'm a customer that helped contribute in your companies success. i want a straight answer.

What is the exact question?
Yes, the 3875 will support the 11's when released.
Yes, we will make sure that you get refunded if you are wanting to bail.
No, I can not give a concrete date to a release.
Yes, you guys said you would wait, as long as the 3875 will cover the 11' Jeep.

Thanks for the update that the 3875 would one day support the 2011s. After the disappointment that the updates weren't available, that was my only remaining concern. I'll continue to wait it out...
