I just purchased a Superchip 1865 and no hp or fast shifting whats so ever!!! Im running 87 octane and nothing!! Im very disappointed in this Chip!! I had a 1714 for my Ford F-150 5.4 and it was the bomb!!!! I dont not recommend this chip!! Please dont buy it! I have also updated the chip and NOTHING!!! PS I have a 2010 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson 5.4 :evil: :evil: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

WOW.

2010 5.4L motors make GOOD power on 87= 38.0hp and 57ftlbs of torque at the wheels.

Have we had a chance to have someone help you with this issue? Did you call into the tech line?

What is the tuners serial number?

Hey Ron No I have not called in yet but the SN is 1538358 and the first time I put it in. It gave me an error code E-5B ??? and then it went into recovery mode?? Thanks Ron

Recovery mode will put that vehicle back to the stock settings.

As for the error code, it relates to the truck computer not responding in a timely fashion.

When the tuner prompts you to turn the ignition off, take the keys out of the ignition.
Turn off all power consuming items in the vehicle and door shut during the process.
