I've got a 2006 Chevy 5.3 liter Flex Fuel. I'm selling it to a buddy of mine. Hes got a 98 5.7 liter. Will it work on his truck? If so is there any special upgrades that would need to be done?

No, just tune yours back to "stock" and then he can use it on the 98'.
