i have a f 150 v8 4.6 and add a cai k&n, but not supported, how activate or pay for open this option thanks..

What year F150?
We do not support the 03 and older trucks with a CAI tunes.

K&N is supported for your year and model.
Make sure that the truck is tuned, do an update and in the online store after the update, it will show the available CAI tunes.

when i want buy the cai k and n option its select, but when i pay, tellme tehe a pop up an say to call to sales for the option 1 follow 2.. what happened.. i tray to buy this option.. help me thanks..

Was the credit card a USA company?
The truck was tuned to a power level when you did the update?

maybe pay whit another credit car, or what is the proecesses to enable this feature
or maybe put a stock vin for my tric, update the coirtex and buy the cai k and n option and when the enable this option in cortex program my truck..
or what happened , what can i do....

Make sure that the truck is programmed to a power level, when you do the update, and try it again with another credit card.

Ron Why are these trucks not supported? It seems like a waste to leave the older-vehicles out in the cold like that. I say this because I was hoping to compensate for the intake I put on my '01 Ranger

No need to have a CAI tune to run properly.
3valve motors have a very tight AFR and with a CAI and a Tune they can run dangerously lean.
