Does the 3805 no longer support my 2005 Dodge ram 5.9L Diesel? I had to take my truck in for service. So i made sure i returned the truck to stock. When i got the truck back i went to re tune and it says the tuner needs to be updated. When i go to update the tuner it says the vehicle configuration is not supported and Superchips will email me when a update is available for my truck. I have waited for 2 months and i have not recieved an email about an update. What do i do?? let me know thanks.

Oh and Superchips Easy Updater isnt so "Easy"... I tried logging in for a hour with a username and password that i know is correct and its saying login failed. I finally got it to log in and the Updater froze up and i had to restart. I went to log in again and it says login failed again. So i just gave up. This also happens with my 3865 tuner for my 06 ram gas burner and 2815 tuner for my 07 silverado gas... Not sure whats going on but its a real pain in the but. almost wants me to chunk em in the garbage.. It needs work though!

I've been having the same problem. Even tried creating a new account with no luck. The other issue I have had with the tuner is surging under light load on the performance setting. I'd really like to get the tuner loaded back on to my truck again. Any help would be great.
edit: Got registered to find "calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported". After doing a search I find this appears to be a common problem. #1314348

Speedy, Update your tuner and try it again on the truck. We have added something to the tuner.

I did. It was an add on from the way the tuner came but was offered so I loaded it. Ran similar to the hot tune with a little less under load. I just run the hot tune at all times, even loaded. Nothing like lighting up the tires with a 24ft enclosed trailer hooked.
