I need to add myself to the list of 2011 Wrangler owners that can't use the Flashpaq. I purchased from 4 Wheel Parts, and they didn't know, or warn me that my vehicle was not supported. Quadratec has shows no warnings either and in fact lists the 2011 as supported: Web://www.quadratec.com/products/17609_5000.htmI invested in a cool looking gadget that is useless for now. I changed tires and if I could just get the tire diameter corrected I would be happy for now. What's the latest news? I may return it since I have a supercharger on order and will be able to use their flash unit instead when it arrives. I was willing to pay the cost to have my Rubi set up right for now. Since I never competed a flash, is the unit paired up with my vehicle? Will someone else be able to use it, or will it throw a G37 code or whatever?

You can add me to that list. I just bought my flashpaq from quadratec and they have it listed as working for the 2011 jeep wrangler. The last post I saw for this was over a month ago. Considering that mechanically the 2011 is identical to the 2010/09/08/07 I don't understand what is taking so long to get this map out.
Scott, Ron hook us up. It is of course showing the g-3f code, this is my jeeps info, I will also be giving y'all a call later.

If you are getting blower, then I would not suggest to use our tuner with it. Our tuner is not compatible with this part. I would suggest to send it back for a refund. Thanks for the update Ron. I will hang on to my programmer till then (I already have it linked to vehicle due to tire pressure and size change).
I do have just one more question, I called tech support yesterday and they said I should send it back for refund cause the 3875 may never work for the 2011. Do you know when the map is finally finished and put out will the 3875 work? I would hate to have a 369 dollar tire size changer lol.

To be completely honest, it would be best to return the tuner until we can confirm that this tuner will do the vehicle. Better safe than sorry.

i have been waiting for this update myself now for three months, and now i hearing that it cant be used for the 2011 application, when i bought the flashpaq 3 months ago they specifically told me it will definetly work . This was 4 wheel parts. i got to know if theres something superchips can do about this some kind of a trade in deal

Ron So, the 3875 won't work for 2011's? Should we return our units, or is there a chance that you will figure things out?

Ron Hmmm, I have no doubt you can do anything you set your mind to, and am pleased to see that your confidence is high today. Given these three choices, what do you recommend: 1) Keep my 3875 and wait for the 2011 update? 2) Swap you my 3875 for a new model that will work on the 2011 when available? 3) Return my 3875 for a refund? I gave you three choices to pin you down of course. What you said about the 3875 possibly not working for 2011's was a surprise. I do forum support myself, and I know it can be a tough job. Go beat the engineers over the head for a good answer!

Lets's go with choice #1.
The 2011 Jeeps will be supported in the 3875.

Folks,
I can't believe this!! I just recieved my 3875 today and found this forum essentially telling me I have a $339.99 paper weight. I shopped, read, searched for as much information available before I placed the order. (Obviously I missed this forum)
Even upon placing my order, the on-line vendor requested my vehicle information, i.e. 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - Rubicon. No warning about compatablility issues was provided.
Ron, you seem very confident Superchips is going to come through so I'll cross my fingers and wait (a little while); however, should the wait become unrealistic who do I deal with for a refund or return (Superchips or the on-line distributor)? It has been my experience vendors normally don't deal with returned electronics.
I'll need to know ASAP whether I need to move quick as there is a $25.00 rebate that expires 12/31/2010 (making it a $314.99 paper weight)
Man, two days before Christmas!!! I am really bummed on this one!!!!!
