I just bought a 2006 dodge ram 5.7l hemi 1500 quad cab. It has a super chip that was set to performance mode. I would like to test out the fuel economy mode to get better gas milage. I connected the superchip to the truck started to go through the tunning steps and it said that I had to "program the stock" before it could read the vechile??? I am not sure what this means and also I looked through the menu and found that it only had the one program for proformance not the other two that the manuel said it would have ??? any ideas guys i am new to the trucks and super chips ??
