i put it on and everything seems to work fine, just the messaging system keeps saying to check trac control and the trac control light is on??? thanks for your help!!!

Did you try setting it back to stock to see if the message goes away?

just did that and it is still there…. hope it didnt mess it up!!!! was fine!!!! put the program on and it said to check it….. never even left driveway…. no its on no matter what i put it on… not cool

How long has this been going on?
How many good miles did you have with the tuning before the issue came up?
Did you adjust the tire height or gear ratio on the tuner?

Ron, I had no good miles! the truck never left my garage…. i put the tune on and then the lights came up when i started it. No i didnt adjust any of that stuff. i have tried to put it back to stock and the light still come on….

Did you do any other work on the truck that day?
Will the codes go away if you read and clear diagnostics?
What are the codes in the system?

no , i did no other work to truck. says there is no codes to clear…. in the message on the truck it says check advan track and the light is on with the track control symbol.

What is the tuners serial number?
Did you update the tuner before tuning and afterwards?
Did you drive the truck with the tuning installed? have you driven the truck after removing the tuning?

dont have it with me for number…i tuned it after and then retuned and it did the same thing.. it has it installed on it now, i have not driven it with it back to stock. i put it back to stock and it still was on, didnt drive it though….
