experience with Superchips...my 1805 has been in engineering for diagnosis/repair and the answers I get are short and lack any commitment. It was received by SC on 10/27. Today I was told SC is short-handed due to SEMA show in Vegas. If I told that to a customer of mine, they may purchase a product from someone else. Very frustrating. This is after several hours of trouble-shooting on the phone with Tech Support, spending 129.00 to 'flash' my truck at the Ford dealer and continually being told my truck is the problem. Now that the tuner showed the same symptons and screen shots on another vehicle, it could be a SC problem. I don't mind waiting for a repair if I could get an answer upfront as to standard turnaround times and setting expectations.

To be honest, turn around times are not set in stone, can take 7-10 working days, depending on the issue. If their is something like hardware it can take longer to work on.

yes but being told that it was a truck problem by SC only to find it a SC problem can be very frustrating. if you look at the comments in my question about the first error message, SC continually blamed it on my truck. I have been the only owner of this vehicle and I would know what is or isn't on the vehicle. Now that it is clearly an SC issue, nobody wants to step up and make it right or go the extra mile.
