hey will a throttle body spacer be compatible with the 2950 cortex on my 07 vmax 6.0?

Yes, the tuning will work fine with that addition.

awesome, i have one in the mail. next is cold air. and hopefully then tuner! the spacer says up to 22 hp gain, is this hp stacked on the tuner or does it all mesh together.i dont need a hot rod truck, but its nice to know that it has the potential!

To be honest, the spacer is not going to produce numbers like that. Not on the type of injection that this truck has.
In my experience with this mod, I would say it did nothing for my vehicle.

what about with the cold air, ron? any idea what the gains would be like on a 2006 chevy 4.8l with a 2865 flashpaq?
