Hello, I have a 2010 GMC Sierra with the 6L gas motor and I know the tunes are not ready for it yet but my question is witch tuner will I need and will I be able to disable the TPMS with it today? Thanks

You have a 6.2L in your truck, not a 6L.
Performance tunes are worth about 30HP on that engine. Since your truck also has 3.73 gears with the 6.2L, that truck should really run well when tuned.
The transmissions on them are a little shifty, but all the new 5+ speed transmissions were never needed.
And yes, the TPMS disable is a really nice option. Mine is disabled.
