At the end of the update process, you are asked to take a short survey. One of the questions on that survey is how much you would be willing to pay for a tune that would gain you a couple MPG. Now, when I purchased the tuner from Superchips it was my understanding that I was getting 3 tune levels. After some experimenting and some research I've found out that the 87 and towing tune are exactly the same. Now, you are wanting to charge me more of my hard earned money for something that should already be included. Part of the reason I was willing to spend as much as I did was the fact that the Flashpaq can be upgraded over the internet. I realize that a custom tune would take an experienced tech to create, which costs money. I would not have a problem paying a LITTLE for that. But charging for something that would replace the 87 tune will really @ me off, and I'm assuming a lot of your other customers too. Keep in mind that DiabloSport is also working on a programmer and from what I've heard, they really know what they're doing. I'm not trying to be that angry customer that eveyone dreads talking to. But what I am saying is that I feel like I didn't get what I paid for in the first place. I'm a very patient man, I realize these things take time. I'm willing to wait for updates, if they're free. Try to charge me again, and you will not only loose me as a customer but you will also create a very vocal enemy. Thank you.

This is marketing asking basically if this is a option people have wanted with the tuning without adding performance tuning.
As time goes on we find new ways of tuning. We are looking for new ways to add to a exsiting products.

Of course thats something that everyone wants, we don't race our trucks all the time. I just don't understand how we could be expected to pay for an update like that. I guess it really rubbed me the wrong way.
