Hi there,
I'm new here and please i need some help
I bought superchip flashbaq #1865 and it is specially fot FORD Mustang gas car. The problem is when I started to use it, when initially I have to store the stock program of my car before doing quick or advanced tuning, it showed me a message that the stock program can't be stored, refer to superchip company with code# E-43 and E-21
Please respond me as soon as possible.
what should i do !!!!

actually i've done what the flashpaq told me, i mean i followed the procedure where it says turn on your ignition and then turn off, also i did the update before using it

Vehicle files not stock.

This means that the software in the car is not factory, some one has programmed it with another tuner, and did not put the car back to the stock settings.

One would have to have a true stock program in the cars computer to use our tuner. You can take the car to the local Ford dealer and have the computer reflashed back to stock.

my car is midified with headers, catback and intake, there mods would affect the file?
my car file is stock not tuned before...

Nothing like hard parts would effect the files.

Did you buy the car new?

no i bought it as a used car..
actually there are two indication show in the guage, one is check engine and the other is air bag indication.
would these two affect the tuning? should i need first to solve these two problems them h can use flashpaq?
i tried to remove these two indications before saving the stock file but it didn't work !!!

Those things are not going to cause this. The only thing would be that the car has been tuned with another programmer, and or tuner will not tune over it.

You will need to have the cars computer reflashed to a stock program at a Ford dealer.

hi Ron,

i mentioned my problem before and you can read the old posts,
but i've heard from a friend of mine that there is an update from the website that costs $100 and through this update i can return my car's computer by using the flashpaq to the stock condition ..
is this update is avialable and true??

No that is there to unlock the tuner IF it was used on another vehicle and was not returned to stock.

We do not offer to unlock the cars computer from previous tune changes.

hi Ron again,

i have these mods on my car:
BBK short Tube Headers
BBK High Flow Cats with X-Pipe
BBK Cold Air Intake
BBK Twin 62m Throttle Body
Centerforce Clutch & Pressure Plate

do you think i can use superchip with my car if i returned it to stock!!

With the list of things that you have done to the car I think the best solution for your car would be a custom program made .

Which will take you out of the realm of our products ability.

I would recommend to call a company called SCT. They have one of the best custom Ford tuners out there.

I do not recommend using our tuning with the modifications to the car.
