Ron Hi Ron Please research the 2950 Cortex tuner as I am unable to find the data acquisition feature. Again how am I able to scan for knock using this tuner? To move forward and recap there is NO data acquisition feature /menu in advanced

Do an update to the tuner and at the end of the update, there is a package store, that you can download it for free.
IF you have any issues, give one of the techs directly and we can help you find it.

I have updated the tuner and still do not see the free package store to upload. EWhere is it located?

You may be running through a browser that blocks pop ups.
OR turn off your pop up blocker. IT should come up directly after the update.
If you can not find it, call one of the techs directly.

FYI Spoke to Jason at Superchips customer service and as per Jason you CANNOT scan for Knock with my tuner?

The feature is just not available I can scan for fuel trims ,IAT etc in data acquisition but not for Knock Retard

If the pid is not showing up, then it is not able to pull this from the trucks computer.

I do not have a knock PID for my cobalt SS . Thou it does show up on a tech 2 . Out of all the things we should have access to............ I would think superchips should add the KR PID for us to monitor .
