I have a dodge ram 2500 (* diesel 2005.I just recently had it at my dodge dealer twice within the week with problems it was having troble starting and when it did crank over it would stall ocasionally and when it stayed running it sounded terrible like it wanted to stall. This was both times i had the same problem. The dodge dealer the first time replaced a wire connector to the main computer and they reset the computer they said the settings where out of whack but i put it back to stock mode before I took it in.I got it back ran fine! installed programmer even with the updates back to performance mode and next morning the very same problem occured so I put back into stock mode and off it went back too dodge they reset the computer again and messed with the injectors and they said all was good now but left the ticket open just incase they said they havent seen this before as to why it is happening so im kinda leaning toward the programmer now. Do I need a different programmer or is there another solution any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time

Welcome to Superchip's Flashpaq Forums!!!

I would remove the tuning for a week to see if the issue comes back up with the stock tuning.

This is not something that is common with this product.

Dodge dealer said somthing about possible injector problems when I went to get copy of service ticket. They said they would replace all injectors if it happened again but ill try the week of not programming. Is the programmer detectable from their computers and will i void warranty if they have reason to believe that programmer is causing it ?Ill send service ticket doesnt look like it would help to much though

I would choose the one with D/L.

Should I try the programmer one more time before i send it back to superchips to check out?The truck is running great and it is not installed. And is there something the dodge dealer could have done to prevent the superchips from working on my vehicle possibly pulling a wire?

I would recommend trying it again, I do feel there was a issue with the truck.
I would not worry about any wires being deleted.
