Hi Ron,
Have a customer with a G8 having trouble connecting with the 2950 tuner. I'm having him download the Easy Updater software now and he'll post here on the forums after he's run the update and will provide the serial number of the tuner so you can have a look at the log files.

He's now run the updater software and the serial number is displayed above.

Ray, can you send me your vehicles VIN?
Also what messages came up when it failed?

hello ron
(vin number is 6G1EP55H47L902782)
programmer response is verify vehicle application
have upgraded the second time it took 3 upgrades from sever to cortex unit
the plugged in car followed instructions quick tune then verify vehicle responce with error tone ta - da (reminded me of family fued LOL)
i can go into info on tuner and it states the vin and about ten install codes (i think just live data from ecu
but that is all i can access from cortex at this moment as all others state awaiting first load (can you add the vin ? it knows its GM )

Sorry about that, I thought we were dealing with a G8 here and am working with the customer to put him into something else now that we know what he's tuning.
