When i installed the performance mode download from my flashpaq tuner on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi i noticed that the clutch fan was constantly running,is this normal? The only MODS i have is a Borla Cat-Back exhaust & AEM High Breather CAI. Cheers Jim Goodwin,Comox BC,Canada

I can not say this has been a issue with the product.
Is is running during the actual programming session?
It would be normal if it is during the programming session.
Or after you unplug the tuner?

Does it do it on the stock program?

Do you have a lower temp t-stat?
Ron

These trucks have a mechanical fan....We can not alter that thru programming.

these fans take a certain amount of rpm to disengage after sitting overnight. my truck will have the fan engaged until I get it over 2000-2500
rpm. otherwise it may take a mile or so to begin freewheeling on it's own.
my truck is a 2005 ram 1500/hemi. is this the same type as your truck?
