3805 Says tuner requires an update, How do I get it. I do it step by step, when its done it says there are no updates and a tech team is working on it

This is a process that if your vehicles files are ones we have never seen, so we now have a copy so we can make new programs from.
Our team will email you in a week or so to inform you that your files are ready to be downloaded to the tuner.

So i bought this tuner, now i have to wait a week before i can use it? I think I am returnung it Tuesday. And you said you dont have a file for my truck, does that mean no one has ever bought a tuner for a 2004 (*. I dont know if it matters, but my truck has the 600 motor , so its really a 2004.5 but there is no option on the website for the 2004.5

It all depends on when the last update was done to your trucks computer, if the files are something we have never tuned, then we have to write them.
We do not write generic programs like other companys, we work with the changes that the vehicles manufacture makes to the programs to make a safe, and reliable product.
We just in the last few months have started doing the older trucks.
We started with the 2006 and worked back.
