I UPGRADED MY TUNER TO THE NEW 1805 FLASHPAQ JUST TO GET LESS HP AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN UPDATE MY TUNER BECAUSE SC IS NOT UP TO DATE WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD. I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA AND I CAN'T DO CRAP WITH SC.
I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SC FOR SCREWING ME WITH LESS HP AND NOW SCREWING ME WITH A TUNER THAT CAN NOT WORK WITH UP TO DATE COMPUTERS.
I JUST ORDERED A BULLYDOG BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMERS SUPPORT TEAM *h AS WELL.

What are you talking about?
Did you update the tuner and got less power?

i upgraded to the new flashpaq and lost power, fuel, can not even update it because you people are not even up to date with the rest of the world, my windows vista computer is to far advanced for your tuners.

What did you upgrade from a 1704?
The 1704 tunes and the 1805 tunes are the exact same.
The power loss you are refering to has to do with the flash that Ford has put into effect due to emmissions reasons along with the failures on the truck.
So if you want to blame us then I guess that is your right.

well its 100% your falt my bullydog pup gives me more power than sc did and they do not blame ford for anything.
yesterday i could not even spin my tires with your sc tuner but now i can smoke them with my bullydog pup. sc sells junk and don't stand behind it.
thank you sc for my 600.00 piece of junk.

We write files based on the changes that the manufacture makes on their vehicles, so we do not overwrite these changes. We want you tunes to be as safe as a stock tune.

Why would anyone want to smoke the tires off a truck that costs four times what my dads house cost.. If you wanted to smoke the tires off you should have bought a race car..

i gotta say the big programers are fun, and its fun blowing away sports cars in my redneck 2003 duramax, it feels like a sports car in acceleration, and i love the look on peoples faces when they just lost a race to a crewcab with 37's, but to the point, i have a broken crank now so i bought a new dodge and like the mild power the sc tuner gives me, diesels dont last forever when you mod them, and i got windows vista and it works fine

People shouldnt complain about the cost of the programmer when the destroy 4 tires spinning them. Lets see that's roughly 900 bucks in tires he just ruined...maybe another 1200 for the tranny.

Last year when I purchased my superchips, I installed it on my 2004 dakota and it melted my trucks computer. I contacted superchips and they had me send them my computer off my truck ups and returned it 2 days later with no luck. they then told me to take it to the dealer to have the computer replaced and send them the old one for r&d. It only took a few weeks for them to reinburst me for the tows, dealer and shipping. They said I should try it again with my new computer, I did with flying colors. I believe that superchips stoold by their word and helped out when I really needed it. If you keep a cool head about things great things will happen. I just downloaded the 91 oct per. to my 09 1500 hemi. runs great! Thanks superchip. Mark
