I got the superchips Cortex and tried installing it on the Nissan Exterra'09 The reading took about 45 Minutes and nothing happened later.  As per the (* in the box, when such things happens. Tuner should be attached to the computer and it sends a trouble ticket to you guys, till now no reply and its been more than 3 working days. VIN # 5N1AN08W09C504280 Tuner serial no 1449056

Welcome to Superchip's Forum!
Are we making sure that the trucks ignition is in the RUN position? All the way forward, before it starts the motor?
With the tuner read DTC's? In advanced features.
I have made a trouble ticket just in case.

sorry i wasnt around for sometime.
yes, the key was in Run/Acc position
the DTC wasnt reading anything and when trying to identfy the vehicle
it showd (N/A vehicle file 1ZL22A).
what does that mean???

Please keep posting your progress, I have an '09 Off Road and am thinking of the going for the Cortex. I've chipped another vehicle of mine and had nothing but positive results, the Superchips seems to be the best rated for this vehicle; your thoughts..?
Is your '09 all stock..? CAI and/or Cat Back Exhaust..?

Sam, your trucks computer has a very different operating system. I am waiting for a reply at this point.

The engineer just came back to me and says to reupdate the tuner and try it again on the truck.

thanks for the reply, please be sure to post the result of the updated tuner and install.
When looking at the K&N, did you look at the Volant..?
