In all fairness, Ron, this is ridiculous ... in the past you and Mike have both urged me an other people to submit "trouble tickets," which we did... Why is it that the only way to get a service response without having to place the call ourselves and sit on hold is to post a complaint here?
If submitting a service ticket online is not a reliable way of getting problems solved (or even answered), why offer the option (and push it) to begin with? You know that I did as you asked all the way back in August (as well as two times since) and none of the "trouble tickets" has EVER been directly responded to. Can one of those "12 guys" be assigned to reading and directly answering "trouble tickets?" That would solve this problem instantly...
Do yourselves and us a favor and have them remove it from the website as an option until somebody is reliably checking them and responding within 24 hours ... not months later or not at all. I have no problem with calling Superchips for help if that is the only way to get service, but the company should not be misleading us in the first place by suggesting an alternative that is in reality a road to nowhere...
Thanks,
