Welcome to Superchip's Flashpaq Forums!!
We are working hard on making a good SAFE extreme program that near stock trucks can run with minimal upgrades.
At this point we are finding the limits of the stock parts on the trucks.

Why did you sell a product that was not complete?
Dont you feel that you owe it to your customers to find the limits of the stock parts on our trucks and create an upgrade for the tunner before you sell it as a completed tunner, or at least put a stick on label that would advice us that the tunner is not complete before we spend our money on your product???
How do we get a refund?
I hate deceptive company's and people too!!

All of our products have 30 day money back guarantees.
If you are not satisified and we can not help then return the tuner to the dealer that it was purchased from.
Make sure that the tuning has been put back into the tuner.

Oh sure, and what if I waited for the extreme update like everyone else did because you guys keep telling us it will come soon.
I purchased it between 60-70 days ago, but already ordered a tunner from a company that does not use deceptive practices to sell there tunners.
I feel that you should return our money even if you loose a bundle since you guys sold a product that was not complete and stated on the box that it included the extreme update.
false advertising!!!!!
If anyone else feels the same way I do about this and want to sue these clowns email me at energy34108@yahoo.com and we can get the wheels of justice turning.
I will do all the leg work and if we win the only thing i ask is that we slip the legal fees that I will pay for in advance.
I wonder if you we delete this post too, since it apears to be what you do when you feel it is not in your best interest.

You guys can't tell me that your trucks don't run good enough on performance,just give them time it's only for your benefit,plus the 3805 is cheaper than any other model i researched,so it gives the best bang for the buck. I'm happy Superchips,their are just to many people out there who wine to much.

Dutch its a matter of priciple, I am not looking for cheaper! I spent almost $60,000.00 on my truck and it the cheapest car I own out of 7 cars so I am not looking for a deal, only for what they wrote on the box I would get if I purchased there product.
And as stated above I waited as many others have done and still all we get are excuses, I want a refund even if its past the 30 days and you see what ron wrote, ( we are still working on it) I cant afford to @ my customers of like they do or I would be looking for a job.
I want to thank those of you that wrote to me and Cindy my personal assistant returned all the emails, if anymore of you are as @ of at these clowns as we are please feel free to email us at energy34108@yahoo.com.
Together we will get results or at worse show them its not good practice to lie in writting on the product you are selling.

Dude... seriously... I just posted on another thread and I come and see this one.. do you have nothing better to do.. and do you think that you should force your apinion on everone else on this board.. I am Verry happy with my product. Yes I would like the extreme tune... but like my mother always said.. "the best things come to thoes who wait" so let people form there own opinion instead of pushin for a lawsuit... 
And as far as peformance goes I just went and did some research.. superchips performanve mode makes as much power as some of their competitors "Extreme" mode..... hmmm.. now they have to raise the bar to make an "Extreme tune" I can understand what is taking so long... thoes are big shoes to fill..
I do agree to a point that they have some flaws dont get me wrong there I just think you have gotten a little carried away.. Once again just my $.02 worth...

Vicho,you are acting fullish,just relax and wait for the extreme mode to come out,thats whats wrong with this world everybody is sue happy,if someone farts the wrong way somebody sues,your going @ around and ruin it for everybody,i want extreme just like everyone else but my truck still runs damn good,so if your not happy with your SC put it back to stock and sell it on ebay,someone will pay you over $300 for it all day,so just lick your wounds.

I have worked with these guys personally, as I'm local to them and they want to make superior products. not one that will take your truck apart. Just putting somthing on the market is not there goal in my opinion.

Dang Vicho, you are exactly what is wrong with this world today, you are no different or better than the lady that sued McDonald's for the coffee that burned her because it was "hot". If you just relax, it will come. If you have that much money and really feel like taking them to court, do it and stop the grand-standing on here. I am trying to be nice in my reply because it is foolish to get into a war of words over a posting, just go to court on your own and leave this forum for the rest of us.
