It appears that I've been duped again by these guys. I bought the tuner about a year ago, and the truck surges at moderate acceleration. Of course, tech support said they were working on the issue. I wrote tech support again a month ago about the same issue. SC says "Oh, that has been fixed, you just need to flash your programmer". Ok, so I flash the programmer. Same problem. The truck does NOT surge when STOCK. This kind of *h. Except for adjusting for tire size, I've basically wasted my $435.00. I might just drive to Tampa as I'm only about 2 hours away.

I hate to split hairs but these trucks if you put them on a dyno you can see them surge on the stock program, and with extra power we add it just multiplies the issue.

I have not seen this problem on my 2007.5 2500 Ram with 6.7. I love the way the tuner works and have no complaints. Ron, why is there such large variations in the way these trucks work and respond to any mods from anyone? I have a S&B air intake
and a Banks Monster exhaust plus your tuner on performance tune, It loves to run. Why mine and not some others?

I have the same surge problem at 70MPH. I have already wasted $200.00 at the dealer. I notice Super Chips is not fixing the problem from other replys. Whats going on SuperChips?????????????

Steve the trucks are doing this stock and every tuner or box in the industry have the same issue.
Post up your year, make and model along with your tuners serial number.
