hey ron,i heard that there was a problem with the new 3808 update,so how long is it going to be now

I would rather say a week, than to explain that is is not ready today.

Ron, due we need the AW program or the new AX program from dodge to be compatiable to yalls new program. i know we talked about it on the phone yesterday, but most of ur customers dont understand all the updates and what needs to be done to be compatable. please start a new thread to clear this issue up.

3808 and 3950 “AV” and “AL” files are now available and this includes the F/W update
If you have a Av and AL file these are done as of now, I will let you guys know when the AW and AX files are done.

We are not going to support the AW files do to the fact that the files have been superceeded to a new file. The guys with AW file will soon get a notice to have the trucks brought back to the dealer for the newest calibration.
