Are you stacking any other products with out tune?

What version of tuning are you using?
What is the serial number from the tuner.

Ron

I am having a very similar problem on my 05 ram 2500 except it is at 25-30 with an occasional cold shift flare up. Would like to know if anyone else has this problem.

If you are still having the surge, and you are up to date then please send us a service ticket.

i am also experiencing a surging problem with my 05 (*. started experiencing this problem immediately after downloading new updates which were required in order to get my flashpaq to work after i received re-flash from dodge. problem is not only annoying but potentially dangerous.

When was your last update to the tuner?

What is the tuners serial number?

Ron

i just updated my tuner this week so i could use my flashpaq after dodge re-flash. superchips cust service says they're aware of a surge problem but have no time frame on an update to fix problem. every flashpaq owner i have spoken to says updating their tuner was a bad move but some of us had to in order to have it work with new dodge software.

just wanted to thank you guys at superchips for the customer service. a $450 tuner that causes a surging issue in a truck that does not have the problem while stock or when running another brand of tuner not to mention never returning a phone call. also techs that each give you a different reason for the problem but eventually finding out there currently is no update to fix the issue. telling people to update a tuner that was just updated is not a fix but is a good way to kill a few hours as it frequently takes that long to successfully download updates (if you can get to the end without getting a "failed session" message). i hope someone over there realizes that if the same problem comes up in many of the same model vehicles running the same model tuner there is probably a problem with the files you are supplying for that vehicle and just telling people to update their tuners and fill out a ticket does not fix the problem.
